When will my order show up?
Orders currently ship within 1 to 2 business days (Mon to Fri, not weekends or holidays) by express, fully tracked. Most parcels then arrive within a few business days, with rural and northern areas taking a little longer. Orders of $149 or more (after coupons, before the 5% GST) ship free.
What payment do you take?
Interac e-Transfer, quick and familiar. Returning customers can also pay by credit card. The 3% fee only covers what the card processor charges us. We don't keep a cent of it. You can also pay with cryptocurrency (USDT on the Tron network), and crypto payments have no fee.
What does the parcel look like?
A plain, unbranded package. Nothing on the outside hints at the flower inside.
Where do I find my tracking number?
We email it the moment your order ships, and it sits in My Account under your orders too.
