I took two. And I felt great after 20 minutes. When paying attention to one objet at a time, I found things started to warp its shapes. When you close your eyes things get really colourful. For an intense high I would suggest a 250 lb person should take 3 at once. Taste really good ! No bad stomach. Love this product
