I love these, bought them a few times. I don’t dose it the way they do, I usually go for small doses and mix it with regular hot chocolate mix or instant coffee. I prefer small doses because 50mg is too much for me. Over 10-15mg i only feel like doing nothing and be lazy. Maybe for sleeping but I guess I don’t need it that way. 10 mg is my perfect dosage for motivation 🙂 Overall great product in small doses.
