This strain, which won a Canadian award at the High Times Cannabis Cup, is a Sativa-dominant hybrid of original Skunk #1, a local California strain known as Sweet Skunk, and an unknown Sativa. The Sativa/Indica ratio is 80:20. This strain is useful in relieving anxiety, depression, nausea, and pain. It can also help with nerve pain, migraines, arthritis, and GI disorders.
Dry mouth is very common, but other adverse effects are limited. This strain is most popular in its home territory, British Columbia and Ontario, along with Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. It’s much harder to find elsewhere. The cerebral high packs a major mood boost, with feelings of happiness and euphoria. It tends to promote energy and creativity, but there’s also a mellow body effect that encourages relaxation.

It missed the skanky smell I liked good old skunk you can’t hide without everyone scenting it even in special bad. I thought this strain looked promising but i couldn’t feel like I was smoking skunk …. Still some good buds to smoke !

I use a vaporizer and it tastes like it was not cured well (like hay), but it does get the job done. For the price you cannot really complain, as there is not many stems. no seed and no mildew. If you smoke you won’t notice much of the taste difference, if you vaporize then cure it then enjoy after. All in all it is good for the price!

This is the first time I’ve ordered AA, and saw a pretty big difference from the higher tiers I’ve tried. I was really interested in trying Island Sweet Skunk but this was quite dry, had no real smell or much of a taste, and was kind of underwhelming. There was a mild buzz and I guess for the price (20$ a quarter!) it’s got it’s place, but I think I’ll likely use it for edibles instead.

It ends up taking too much to feel anything and there isn’t very much in the bag so you aren’t saving money; I’ve had to resort to rolling up multiple j’s just to get a half decent buzz.
Pretty disappointed when the local dispensary is beating the quality here; I bought a $ 12 pre-roll in a pack of two from my local dispensary, just some basic shred and it still blew this out of the water.
Now I understand that its technically cheaper (not by much) but if you just buy aaa or aaaa, be it ounce or half-ounce then one good joint and you’re golden, with this stuff I genuinely feel miserable & bad vibes the whole session.
Even made brownies out of these and the buzz is pretty much non-existent.
The taste is very harsh no matter the method of consumption, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone & wont be buying any more of these budget buds again; hope this helps 🙂
