I have had a BIG problem in recent years with being unable to sleep well. I’ve consumed cannabis in all it’s forms for about 50 years but no matter how stoned I am when I go to bed, I still don’t sleep well, until I tried a a couple of teaspoons of this honey in a mug of hot milk before going to bed. I get a really nice, very relaxing sensation, then I sleep like a baby—-I love it !!

Probably one of my favorite products on this site. When I’m sick with a cold or flu a little honey in my tea at bed time helps a lot. Definitely will always have this stocked at my house!
